| Addenda Corporation, incorporated in 1999, began production
of plastic additives in early 2000 at a new production facility in Brazil,
Indiana. President Gary Mitchener and co-founder, Mark McCaughey combined
over 50 years of very successful chemical processing experience into building
the most modern and cost-efficient facility in North America. Addenda also
entered into a strategic alliance with OMNI Oxide Corporation in early 1999,
assuring an important source of high quality raw material. Addenda's stated
goal is to be the lowest-cost and the most consistent quality producer of
additives. |

and proprietary mixtures with other additives. Addenda will also
offer lubricants, addiLube™
; flame retardants, addiStop™
; calcium-zinc stabilizers, addiStab™
- CZ and additive mixtures, addiMix™. |

| AddiBatt-Tetra: Using small quantities of addiBatt-Tetra (Tetrabasic Lead Sulfate)
as a seed material in battery paste has been proven to: significantly decrease curing time,
improve uniformity of the Tribasic to Tetrabasic Lead Sulfate conversion, improve crystal size
uniformity, prolong the life of the battery and reduce manufacturing costs. |

| Packaging Services |

| Separately, Addenda Corporation provides toll-packaging
services using our addiBag™
batch inclusion packaging system. Customers, chemical importers, or manufacturers
who want their product packaged into a specific pre-weighed plastic bag
(low melt, batch inclusion) will benefit from this service. Addenda also
has the capability to mix your products with other additives prior to custom
packaging. |
